CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read and agree. Cancellations: I require any cancelation or rescheduling that occurs without a 24 hour notice, to cover 50% of their service booked. To ensure no issues arise from scheduling conflicts, please respect this policy. Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel an appointment and or no-shows, will result in $25 fee to compensate their previously scheduled service. Late Arrivals: Please note, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will have to reschedule to ensure your service will be done in a timely manner. If I do not hear from here within the 15 minute time span, you will be marked as a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment. No shows, and or same day cancellations will be required to keep a credit card on file to secure future appointments. By agreeing to this, you fully understand the importance of these policies in place and accept the consequences if no withheld. Please taken into consideration that I have to honor and respect myself along with my business. I will do my utmost best to be understood and make things work out, to a point. :)
